1. General

Any delivery of services between the parties are made based on these general sales- and delivery conditions.

  1. Offer

This offer is binding for Show Me Copenhagen 14 days from offer date. The offer must be confirmed by Purchaser by email to Show Me Copenhagen prior to the expiry of the 14 days period.

  1. Payment

Payment in full shall be made by Purchaser 15 days prior to the delivery of the arrangement, unless a particular and specific payment plan is agreed upon in writing between the Purchaser and Show Me Copenhagen. Nonpayment or late payment automatically cancels the arrangement without notice from Show Me Copenhagen.

Means of payment shall be by bank transfer to Show Me Copenhagen’s bank account.

  1.  Delivery

If delay or non-delivery of the arrangement is caused by labor conflict, strike, fire, war, and all other force majeure causes Show Me Copenhagen cannot be held responsible and is not liable for any losses of the Purchaser.

  1. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations to arrangements can be made to the extent such cancellation of request of change is received by Show Me Copenhagen no later than 21 days in advance of the start of arrangement unless any other agreement is made or specified in the specific offer. If cancellation is received by Show Me Copenhagen later than 21 days prior to the beginning of the arrangements no refund can be made and the full price for the arrangement is payable.

  1. No-show or late arrival of Purchaser or Purchaser’s guests

Show Me Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for any no-show or late arrival by the Purchaser or by the Purchaser’s guests destined for the agreed arrangement.

  1. Complaint

Any complaint shall be made either immediately after the arrangement to the tour guide / project leader, or by email to Show Me Copenhagen within 48 hours after completion the arrangement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Show Me Copenhagen shall, without unjust delay, by email inform Purchaser of occurrence of force majeure and other matters beyond the controls of Show Me Copenhagen.

Participation in tours and arrangements are at the own risk of the Purchaser and the participants. Show Me Copenhagen is not liable for losses or damages of the participants including but not limited to the event of theft, accidents or the like.

Show Me Copenhagen is not liable in damages for indirect losses as for example but not limited to loss of operations, loss of goodwill or loss of customers.

Claims against Show Me Copenhagen cannot in any event exceed the Invoice amount for the arrangement in question. In regard to product liability the rules of Danish laws are applicable.

  1. Data Privacy

Each party to the contract is acting as a data controller and each party is independently responsible for complying with applicable data protection law. All data processed by Show Me Copenhagen is subject to ShowMe Copenhagen’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Applicable Law and Venue

The offer and delivery of services is subject to the Danish law. Any disagreement between the parties shall be determined by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, Denmark.
